Terms of Service

Effective Date

: March 2026

Welcome to NoSho. These Terms of Service explain how you can use our platform. By creating an account or using NoSho, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

We’re NoSho Ltd, a UK-based company. Our platform helps service-based businesses share their availability, take deposits, manage waitlists, and reduce no-shows.

If you have questions, you can reach us at:

Using NoSho

  • Keep your account details secure. You’re responsible for anything that happens under your login.

  • Don’t use NoSho for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.

  • Account details may include your name, email address, phone number, and business information.

  • You must make sure the information you provide to NoSho is accurate and kept up to date.

Subscriptions and payments

  • Businesses may pay subscription fees, transaction-based platform fees, message top-ups, or a combination of these, depending on their plan or offer.

  • Some accounts may be offered access to NoSho without a subscription fee for a limited period. Where this applies, NoSho may charge a platform fee on payments taken through the platform, if clearly stated at signup or in the relevant offer terms.

  • Free plan users may be charged a platform fee on payments taken through NoSho. Unless otherwise stated at signup or in the relevant offer terms, this platform fee is 5% of the payment amount. This does not apply to approved Partner Programme accounts during any promotional free period, unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant partner offer.

  • Pro or subscription-based plans may include 0% platform fees where stated in the relevant pricing, offer terms, or signup flow.

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise Stripe to handle your payments securely.

  • Subscription fees renew automatically unless cancelled in your account settings.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Stripe’s standard processing fees apply to all transactions. These fees are set by Stripe and may vary by location, currency, or transaction type.

  • NoSho will display any applicable subscription fees, platform fees, message charges, and customer-facing fees before they apply.

Priority booking fee

  • When a customer books an appointment through NoSho, a priority booking fee may be charged to the customer during payment.

  • This fee is paid by the customer at the time of booking to secure the appointment instantly.

  • The priority booking fee is separate from the deposit or service price and will be shown at checkout before payment is completed. The amount or cap may vary by currency, territory, or offer.

  • It covers platform, allocation and administrative costs.

  • This fee is collected by NoSho.

  • It is not paid to the business and is not deducted from the service price.

  • Unless required by law, the priority booking fee is non-refundable.

  • If a business cancels an appointment, any deposit paid by the customer must be handled according to that business’s policy.

  • The priority booking fee remains non-refundable unless required by law.

Deposits, bookings, and payouts

  • Customers may be asked to pay a deposit when booking. These payments are processed securely by Stripe and go directly to the business, less any applicable Stripe fees and any applicable NoSho platform fees.

  • NoSho does not hold or manage customer funds on behalf of businesses.

  • Each business is responsible for setting and displaying its own cancellation and refund policy. NoSho does not determine, manage, or enforce these terms.

  • Many businesses choose to retain deposits for late cancellations or no-shows, typically where less than 24 hours’ notice is given, but this may vary.

  • Any refund that is offered will be issued by the business through Stripe. Refund times depend on Stripe’s processing timelines, not NoSho.

  • Payouts are handled by Stripe, which sends funds directly to the business’s connected bank account. Payout timings depend on Stripe’s schedule and the business’s bank.

  • Any customer-facing priority booking fee is separate from any business subscription fee or business platform fee and is charged separately to the customer at checkout where applicable.

  • Customers wishing to cancel or change a booking must contact the business directly, as NoSho cannot make or manage these changes.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Each business is responsible for managing its own cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies.

  • Customers must contact the business directly if they wish to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling cannot be managed through NoSho.

  • NoSho does not determine what qualifies as short notice or whether a deposit is refundable. This is entirely at the discretion of the business.

  • If a business cancels an appointment, any deposit already paid must be handled according to that business’s policy.

  • NoSho provides the booking platform only and is not responsible for creating, communicating, or enforcing any business’s cancellation or refund terms.

  • All refund and dispute processes are subject to Stripe’s terms and chargeback policies, which are managed directly between Stripe and the business.

Messaging and notifications

  • We use third-party providers, including providers such as Vonage and Meta, to send booking updates and reminders.

  • These messages may include confirmation, cancellation, and rescheduling information on behalf of the business.

  • By using NoSho, you agree that we may send you operational messages, such as booking confirmations, reminders, payment receipts, or service updates.

Partner Programme

NoSho may offer selected academies, training providers, educators, referral partners, or similar organisations access to a partner programme.

Under this programme, eligible referred users may receive a promotional free period on NoSho. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this free period is the period stated in the relevant partner offer.

During the free period, the referred business pays no NoSho subscription fee and no NoSho platform fee under that partner offer. However, Stripe’s standard processing fees still apply to any transactions they take through Stripe.

During the free period, NoSho may charge the referred business’s customer a priority booking fee. This fee is charged to the customer, not the business, and is retained by NoSho. The applicable fee and any cap will be shown in the relevant checkout flow and may vary by currency, territory, or offer.

If the referred business remains on NoSho after the free period and moves onto a paid subscription, NoSho may pay the relevant partner recurring commission on successfully collected subscription payments. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the commission rate, qualifying products, and payment conditions will be as set out in the relevant partner offer or partner terms.

Commission is only payable where:

  • the referred user was properly attributed to the partner through NoSho’s approved tracking method

  • the referred user becomes a paying subscriber after any applicable free period

  • the subscription payment is successfully collected by NoSho

  • the referred account remains active and paying

No commission is payable during any free period, trial period, paused subscription period, refunded period, disputed period, or where payment is unsuccessful.

NoSho uses Rewardful, together with its own billing, account, and payment records, to track partner referrals, attribution, and commission eligibility.

Attribution will be based on the last valid referral recorded by NoSho before the referred user completes signup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Referral tracking may be affected by browser settings, cookie choices, private browsing, ad blockers, device changes, broken links, expired links, payment flow interruptions, user error, or technical issues in third-party systems.

If referral tracking is missing, blocked, incomplete, duplicated, overwritten, inaccurate, or cannot reasonably be verified, NoSho may determine attribution and commission eligibility in good faith using the records available to it. NoSho’s records, including Rewardful, Stripe, billing, and subscription records, will be final for the purpose of determining attribution and commission eligibility.

NoSho may change, suspend, or end the Partner Programme, partner offers, commission rates, eligibility rules, or tracking methods at any time.

Intellectual property

NoSho owns the platform, branding, and software. You keep the rights to your own business content, including logos, photos, and descriptions, but grant us permission to display it on your profile and in customer communications.

Limitation of liability

  • NoSho provides the platform as is.

  • We can’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for lost profits, missed appointments, cancellations, indirect damages, or losses caused by a business’s own policies, actions, or failure to provide services.

  • NoSho is not responsible for delays or issues arising from Stripe’s processing times or third-party service interruptions.

  • NoSho is also not liable for missing or untracked partner referrals or unpaid commission where attribution cannot be properly tracked or reasonably verified using the systems and records available to us.

  • Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to us in subscription fees and platform fees in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Termination

  • You can close your account at any time.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or misuse the platform.

  • We may also suspend, remove, or end access to the Partner Programme at any time where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, misleading promotion, abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If we begin offering services in the EU or EEA, we will appoint a GDPR representative where required and update the relevant policy with their contact details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you by email, through the platform, or by updating the effective date above.

Continued use of NoSho after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
